Leelawadee Massage Spa

Contrary to what the other reviews might say, I have been to this establishment thrice and my experiences were nothing short of excellent. The price is also great compared to other massage places. You start with a foot soak and the staff will wash your feet before you are led to the massage rooms. We chose the 2-hour traditional-style massage. People in my group with prior injuries informed the staff of their past injuries and sore points, which were expertly relieved by the staff. The staff respond immediately when you tell them to go harder or softer, and were chatting with us the entire time. After your massage concludes, you are provided a selection of snacks and drinks before you continue on your way.

As a tourist I found this a positive and friendly traditional experience. The welcome was warm and I received a discount for staying locally. The traditional Thai massage was painful at times but the masseuse was caring and receptive. I felt amazing afterwards!

Worst massage experience ever. Very bad “massage”, leaves the spine and joints painful and sore. The massage therapist has no skills whatsoever, and no matter the type of massage you order, they’ll do the same thing : put tiger balm on your back and rub back and forth for 45 minutes. You could order a head massage, and they’d still do the same painful spine back rub for 45 mins . The massage was directly under the AC cold wind, impossible to relax and freezing through one hour . Tiger balm on the back + cold AC. Very bad feeling. Also, I went there two years ago and it was the same horrible massage from a different person . They didn’t improve at all, and they overcharge prices. They also don’t care about closing curtains during the massage.

This was honestly one of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude, self-centered, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. Instead of making customers feel welcome or relaxed, they acted annoyed and dismissive, as if doing their job was a burden. The behavior felt untrained and careless, with zero attention to customer comfort or basic service standards. There was no courtesy, no respect, and absolutely no effort to treat customers properly. Any questions or concerns were met with attitude rather than professionalism. A massage spa should be a place to relax — this place did the exact opposite. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I genuinely do not understand how this business operates with such poor service. I strongly do not recommend Leelawadee Massage Spa to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values and respects their customers.

Hotel receptionist recommended here for kickbacks. Kind of below average but price not cheap. Small rooms and you even have no place to change clothes... massage service was OK but I experienced much better at similar price in Thailand.

Thailand is known for courtesy. I found the most irritating and rude staff at the reception of this place.

The lady at reception has such a terrible attitude. She was really rude to me and my wife.
