Let's Relax Spa - Porto de Phuket

Let’s Relax Spa at Porto de Phuket has been one of my favorite spa centers for years. When I lived on the island, I visited several times, and during my recent trip to Phuket I decided to come back. We booked a 90-minute aroma oil massage for two people. The treatment room was very comfortable and well equipped, with bathrobes, hangers, extra towels, lockers, a sink, and even a private shower where you can freshen up before the massage. The staff were attentive and welcoming as always. Before the treatment, we were served a relaxing herbal tea, which was a lovely touch. One thing that disappointed me was that I was convinced they had a steam room. I specifically asked about it and was told twice that this branch does not have one. I may have remembered another location, but it was something I was looking forward to. The massage itself was very good. I requested strong pressure, and my therapist definitely delivered. Her fingers felt surprisingly strong, and the next day my body felt like I had done an intense workout. Personally, I enjoy deep pressure massage, so that was not a problem for me. My friend did mention that the towels looked a bit worn and not quite at the level of a five-star hotel. However, considering the constant daily use in a busy spa environment, that did not affect our overall experience. I also love their retail products. The oils, lotions, and pillow mists smell wonderful. I especially liked the pillow mist and will probably buy it next time. Their signature cookies are also delicious. I always look forward to them, especially the coconut and mango flavors. The prices are above average, but the facilities, service, and overall experience make it worth it. I will definitely return and still give it 5 stars.

This is an excellent brand and location. The prices are very reasonable especially for how nice the facilities are and compared to the insane pricing of some other massage places around the Laguna area. I really loved the back massage, I asked for firm pressure and the therapist used her whole body weight on me by using her knees and it was absolutely what I needed, really helped get deep into my back muscles. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get a massage. My only negative feedback would be that the online booking system kind of sucks. It just shows you times to select from, but doesn’t tell you that those times aren’t available until you’ve filled out everything and click the button to complete the booking. Still, a really minor issue given how great everything else is.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this spa and, based on this visit, I would not recommend it. I arrived exactly at 8:00 p.m. for my appointment. During booking, I had clearly repeated several times that I needed a highly experienced therapist for reflexology foot massage with strong pressure. The first therapist assigned to me could barely apply even medium pressure, and the treatment felt random rather than professional. After 5 to 7 minutes, I politely asked for a therapist change. This led to around 20 minutes of staff going back and forth, leaving me waiting in the room without any proper resolution. A second therapist was eventually sent, and I clearly asked reception to ensure the treatment would start from the time the new therapist took over. Instead, it seemed the spa intended to count the long delay as part of my massage time. The second therapist started in a disorganized way, beginning on one foot without properly setting up the treatment. I once again asked for the session to begin correctly from the beginning. That request was refused, and reception was called again. I was then told they could add only 10 minutes, although by that point around 30 minutes had already been lost, and the back and forth a different staff ladies coming to see me and leaving resumed. The general manager eventually spoke to me by phone, apologized, and acknowledged that the experience was not acceptable. She said the treatment could finally be restarted from the beginning, but by then about 45 minutes had already been wasted and my evening plans were already spoiled. When I asked for fair compensation for the lost time, this was refused. In the end, I had to cancel and request reimbursement. I left at around 9:30 p.m. after losing 1.5 hours of my evening. Instead of leaving relaxed and reinvigorated, I left stressed, tired, and with a headache. What is most concerning is not only the poor initial service, but the inability of the staff and management to solve a simple issue promptly and fairly. Restarting the treatment from the beginning should have been offered immediately, not after prolonged waiting, repeated interruptions, and the loss of most of the evening. This review reflects my personal experience on that visit. Based on it, I would not return, and I would advise to think carefully before booking if you have specific treatment standards or expect professional handling when something goes wrong.

Had a wonderful experience at Let’s Relax. The massage was incredibly comfortable and soothing, and the service was thoughtful and attentive from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed and deeply relaxed. Highly recommend.

A perfect place to do massage. With the spa's ambient, it gives the ultimate relaxation. The staff are well-trained and professional. The products and equipments are high-quality. The cleanliness of the spa is spotless. Strongly recommend!

I came here with a friend — I had a 45-minute foot massage, and she got a foot and hand massage. I really enjoyed mine, but her foot massage ended about 10 minutes early even though we started together. Then she moved on to the hand massage. Other than that, she seemed to like it. The place is clean and relaxing, and the separate foot washing station was a nice touch.

We visited Let’s Relax Porto de Phuket twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing, especially compared to other branches we’ve been to. While some of the therapists were very skilled, others seemed quite inexperienced. At times, the pressure was inconsistent and difficult to endure, and in some cases even uncomfortable to the point where we ended up with injuries due to excessive pressure in the wrong areas. The most frustrating issue, however, was the room temperature. The air conditioning was set so cold that we were freezing. Even after repeatedly asking for it to be turned off or adjusted, it was switched back on to a very cold setting. I actually felt unwell afterward and had trouble breathing during the massage because of it. During our second visit, they at least respected our request regarding the air conditioning, but unfortunately there was a noticeable sewage/toilet smell, which made the experience quite unpleasant. Additionally, we were disappointed that the usual mango sticky rice, which we had enjoyed at other branches, was not served after the massage. Overall, we would not return to this location. There is definitely room for improvement.

Honestly this was one of the best massages I ve ever had …. I took the Thai massage was absolutely relaxing for my stiff muscles i really loved it.the center super clean an very ambient and the staff are friendly and very caring ❤️❤️

We went there without appointment & we were planning to switch roles in sitting with our kids, but for our fortune she told us without asking That they could give us a room to have massage while our kids with us . It was really a comfortable time , the room was spaciuos with even shower inside & a safety closet. Our kids were busy playing quitly. After we finished , the bathroom was outside the room only few steps away. & they were waiting for us patiently to finish . We had very warm shower which i was so glad for it . Before & after massage, they welcomed us with a refreshing cold towels & cold drink . & at the end they gave us ginger tea with coconut wafer which i liked it alot & bought it from thier shop. They have oils, creams & body scrubs which smells very nice. Thank u alot for this precious time . Hope we'll come back again .
