The actual product doesn't match the picture at all.

The massage was okay, but there were a few things that weren't to my liking, so that's all I'll say.

-The massage rooms in the shop are very dirty. -The staff are not punctual; wait times are at least half an hour. -The massage wasn't the full hour paid for; I paid for 90 minutes but only got 60 minutes of massage. They also demanded the minimum tip of 1,000 baht. Overall, the service was… This was my first time here, and I had a terrible experience. I do not recommend it. It was the worst place I've ever been.

Can I give it no stars at all? The massage wasn't for the full time. The place wasn't clean. It feels like I had bad luck with this place.

General

I enjoyed a truly pleasant massage. I recommend it to those who like massages that aren't too intense. You can, however, request different pressure levels.

The shop is terrible.
