The massage service was unprofessional. The masseuses gossiped about clients during the service, had poor manners, and lacked common sense. The shop didn't change the sheets after each client, making them unsanitary. During the massage, if someone entered, the masseuse would open the curtain to answer, lacking privacy. Sometimes, the massage wasn't even a full hour.

Great place for massage. Staff is very friendly, and my massage therapist was very skilled. Highly recommend for any travelers looking to relax.

I had a booking for 1 PM, but it was rescheduled to 1:30 PM. I checked with the shop, and they confirmed it was fine. I booked for two people, but upon arrival, we actually got massages at 1:45 PM and 2 PM because there was an overlap in our bookings. I turned to my companion and said, "What's the point of booking if you're going to do this?" A staff member came out and replied, "I wrote it down, but I forgot," with a completely straight face. There was no apology. Next time, they shouldn't bother writing things down if they don't intend to check their notes. It's pointless. However, the female staff member with short hair gave a good massage and was polite.
