My wife and I had an excellent experience here. The staff were all super friendly and professional. The onsen is beatiful, relaxing, and private, and the couples massage was professional and relaxing. Fully deserves 5 stars!

So bad experience not good as advertised

Overall, it was good. The staff provided excellent service, the place was clean and new, the room had good privacy, and parking was convenient. Snacks were provided after the onsen. However, I must express constructive criticism: 1. We booked an onsen package for two people, including a one-hour Thai massage or neck and shoulder massage. The masseuse was completely inexperienced, simply applying back and forth pressure with her palms for the entire hour. When I asked the staff after the massage, they said there weren't enough masseuses, so they had to work together. I felt this wasn't worth the price. At the very least, the staff should have informed us beforehand or solved the problem by other means, not using someone who didn't know how to massage. My boyfriend opted for a Thai massage, and the masseuse did a good job, without any problems. 2. The water temperature wasn't hot enough for an onsen. It was like a normal warm bath. We had to manually turn on the hot water for quite a while. 3. Regarding the noise, on the day we visited, there were parents with children. The room we were in was very noisy, with cars and children. I personally feel that for someone seeking relaxation and a spa treatment, the noise from children playing around wasn't ideal. If the rooms were more zoned or soundproofed, it would be much better.

I didn't expect to find an onsen so close to home! We usually get massages regularly, but this time the first place we went to wasn't quite what we expected, so we searched online and found this place 😄 I was very impressed. The massage was good, the onsen was good, and the recommendations were excellent. Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Location: Clean, smells nice, but a different scent than typical spas. The products provided in the changing room were very complete; you could go straight to your next treatment right away. Promotions: I'll give this 3/5. I'm a little disappointed, but I understand that the shop offers a promotion where bookings in advance are 200 baht cheaper than walk-ins. I understand this is to reduce the number of people at once, so those who want to use the service right away should pay more than those who have prepared in advance. Normally, when I get massages at various places, they are quite flexible depending on room availability. However, here, I recommend everyone to plan and book in advance only, because they don't accept walk-ins 😄 I just quickly read the details and went in without reading them properly. I'm not deducting stars because of the shop, but because of my personal feeling. Snacks: The welcome drink was probably tea; I didn't focus on it, I was too busy choosing the promotion 😄 Post-service snack set: This is great! The cake, watermelon, and green tea were amazing – even better than some hotel massage places. In short, I recommend trying it. 📍

Very kid-friendly! They provide yukata for children. 👧🏻 Children can also use the onsen. 👧🏻 No extra charge!! 👧🏻 There are seats for children to wait while parents get a massage. 👧🏻 A complimentary snack set is included. You can choose between a single or double bath. Highly recommended! The massage is also great, and the staff are very lovely.

Let's try this new spa that just opened on Phutthamonthon Sai 5. It's on the way before entering Bangkok. Relaxing massage and they even have private onsen.

The new shop is clean, the service is good, and the price is reasonable. I plan to go every month. However, soaking in hot water for the first time can be difficult, especially for those who have never done it before. Be careful not to faint!
