The hair straightening service was quite expensive. They wouldn't tell me the price over the phone. Upon arrival, there was a minimum price listed. Finally, they offered a free haircut, but it was practically nonexistent. The shampoo was good, but I probably won't go back. I disliked the trick of not disclosing the price upfront.

The pool is great.

I want to tell the owner what happened and why he gave it so few stars.

The hair curls are beautiful. Use L'Oreal products. There are too few staff.

Hair coloring and haircuts are amazing! The staff are lovely and the prices are lovely too.

The pool is priced at 300 baht, but there's no water, so the pool isn't usable. No discount! The rate clearly states it's a pool, but we're not using it, and they're charging us the pool rate anyway.

The shop is clean and the service is excellent. I really like it.
