A car cleaner spilled perfume on the gear shift base, causing it to break. However, the employee didn't inform us of this when we picked up the car. After driving less than 2 kilometers from the service center, we discovered the perfume spill on the gear shift base. After wiping with tissue, we found the neutral gear slot was broken. (When we reported this to the staff that day, they were completely irresponsible and made excuses, claiming they didn't do it.) Our car is only 6 months old, and we've always inspected it regularly. We have evidence of both the spilled perfume and the broken gear shift cover. We are extremely disappointed because we recommended this service center to other family members for ceramic coating. If they had informed us of the damage upon pickup, we wouldn't have been so upset. Initially, we didn't intend to post a negative review, but to this day, the service center has shown no responsibility whatsoever. We haven't received any compensation for our time, the cost of the service, or the repairs. Furthermore, we received rude remarks from the salesperson both on the phone and when reporting the damage or inquiring about compensation.
