The atmosphere of the shop is great, but the massage itself wasn't very good. They didn't reach the right spots. I called to make an appointment and specifically requested a masseuse who could give a strong pressure massage. I emphasized this again to the counter staff upon arrival, but I still got a masseuse who massaged very lightly. I told the masseuse, but they could only apply that much pressure, and they didn't hit the right spots (I felt they weren't very experienced). Normally, at other places, I don't have to keep telling them, and the pressure is always right. Here, I didn't feel relaxed at all, and it didn't feel like good value for money. After two hours, my pain didn't go away, and they didn't even massage my whole body. I hope they improve their masseuse training. (I've had a massage with an older masseuse before, and that one was okay.)

The care and service were excellent. I had a massage with P' Ying.

The massage was terrible. I went for a massage with my boyfriend. We had two massage beds, but my boyfriend got his massage first because the masseuse was busy and came to massage him 15 minutes later. However, he finished at the same time as my boyfriend, which was a huge time discrepancy. The massage was bad, and the masseuses sat together, staring at each other and chatting animatedly. There was no privacy at all. They gossiped about the customers right in front of us, showing extreme rudeness. They really need to improve and train their staff on manners.

The atmosphere is nice, and the massage is good.

The shop is clean, the masseuses are good and the massage is very relaxing. The shop is also peaceful.

I went for a massage yesterday. The masseuses were talking the whole time. I wanted to relax, and when I went to the restroom, they said they would make up for the extra time, but they didn't.

The shop is clean, but the staff, from washing feet to massaging, were terrible. The massage itself was awful. At first, it was very strong, and when I asked them to lessen it, it was still just light touches. They were massaging with one hand and cleaning my ear with the other – very impolite and lacking in good service. They suddenly got up to go to the restroom without informing me and didn't make up for the time they were gone. They just left me lying there. I had a two-hour massage, and they only massaged my legs for 1 hour and 40 minutes, even though I told them beforehand that I had back pain. I went there to relax, but I felt nothing. I won't be using their services again.
