I had an incredible experience taking a Thai massage class during my visit to Bangkok. I was the only student, which made it feel like a truly personalized and intimate learning experience. The instructors were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about teaching. They made learning the basics feel approachable and hands-on, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident throughout the class. What made the experience even more special were the thoughtful extras. I had the opportunity to create my own herbal compress to take home, which was such a unique and meaningful touch. Even better, I was treated to a relaxing session using the compress, followed by a soothing cup of ginger tea. It was not only educational but also deeply rejuvenating. I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Bangkok who wants an authentic and enriching experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at Massage by Master Bangkok. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. They even treated us to pie and cookies, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole experience feel personal and special. In just two hours, they managed to teach us an impressive amount of material. What really stood out to me is that they went far beyond what was officially included in the course. They generously shared additional knowledge, practical tips, and insights that you can only get from true professionals who genuinely care about what they do. It’s obvious that they are highly skilled, experienced, and deeply dedicated to their craft. At the same time, they are kind, patient, and incredibly supportive. One detail I especially appreciated was that they offered us tripods so we could place our phones and record parts of the course if we wanted. That was such a smart and considerate idea — it really shows how much they want their students to succeed and remember what they’ve learned. I am truly very satisfied with the whole experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Massage by Master Bangkok and would absolutely return for the higher-level courses.

Huge thanks to Teacher Pu and Teacher Yu for my Thai massage lessons. It was such a great experience and something I’m genuinely proud of. The 2-hour class was well executed, and I really appreciated how supportive and encouraging they were while guiding us through the basic Thai massage skills.

What an amazing educative fun class. Both teachers were well spoken in English, the class was very audio visual and easy to understand. Highly highly recommend going here and learning the basics in massage to practice on friends and loved ones.

Such a good experience, they catered for me since I was the only single person there and they have volunteer for me to partner with and a dedicated instructor. So first impressions were great as they are really come from a place of ensuring you have a good experience And that experience was great as they showed you step by step the flow. And explain it as you go along and plenty of clarification if you need it. Then it’s your turn to remember and practise. They give you a chance to take a video to reference the flow. But for me it was enough they send you a pdf after to help jog your memory. The theory is actually really solid and it all makes sense why traditional thai massage is so effective. Highly recommend anyone to go and book well ahead as it was completely full when I went.

This was such a wonderful experience! Felt great, but also had fun and learnt a lot! The ladies are so encouraging, friendly, support and I felt really comfortable the whole time. One of the best things I did on my Thailand trip.

Just finished the signature and advanced Thai massage classes at ThaiHand Massage Workshop. Instructors Kru Jeab and Kru Yu were friendly and helpful. I learned a lot from their years of expertise. First step is putting my stuff in lockers and changing clothes. I took the 2 hr signature class at 10:30 AM. Just me and another student with her partner. I came solo so I practiced on the instructor. They have smart phone tripods to set up recording with your own phone. I’m glad I had my Bluetooth remote to start and stop recording. Reviewed the history a Thai massage, then created a Thai herbal massage ball, then Thai massage basics. Ended with ginger tea and coconut snack. After 1 hr lunch on my own, the 2 hr advanced Thai massage classes started. Just me and the instructors this time. Time flies by when they massage me, then I practice on them. I liked at the end they sent me Airdrop of the basic and advanced classes that have photos of the Thai massage flow. I’m confident I can start practicing Thai massage on my family at home. The cost was 2,000 THB per class, so 4,000 for both. Be prepared to sweat when practicing the advanced Thai massages!

Such a wonderful experience, highly recommended!! We did the advanced massage workshop and it was so much fun and very insightful. We learned so much and I am excited to practice on family/friends. It was all so well delivered with full attention so we left feeling capable. We were also able to record so you won’t forget how to do it!

Highly recommend the experience. I deeply appreciated the assertive, pragmatical and nice class of Introduction to Thai Massage. I felt the krus (teachers) were all very lovely and cheerfull. They helped correcting the movements we were learning and showing us the techiniques very precisely. A good panorama of what a good experience would be like. Explanation of some components around the experience of the thai massage: the teas, the steamed compressing herbs, the massage, techniques, the dessert. I started applying some of the techniques in my partner that has some chronical pain and understood that it helped bringing some relief. I’m very thankful for the knowledge shared. We enjoyed our experience there. A nice clean space thankfully in an air conditioned mall which provided a nice reprieve from the noise and heat! The instruction started out well when we were learning about self-massage but it became confusing and too fast once we started working on our partners as moves were not described thoroughly and it became a jumbled “free-for-all”. There were times when we looked over and saw other couples doing moves that had not been demonstrated or described by the instructor. The main reason we took the course was to learn how to work on each other and left feeling that we didn’t get enough step-by-step instruction. Granted, it’s only 3 hours but with 3 instructors and a PowerPoint on a TV screen, the couples portion was too rushed and the making of the herbal compress took too long. It’s nice that they provide water, tea and mung-bean sweets at the end plus the herbal compress to take home as a souvenir but with a little more organization, this could be a 5-star experience.
