Villa Siam and Spa

Well they don't have any jet shower in their toilet. Those who have OCD, this would be a nightmare for you. Bathrooms are not so clean here. The lock of room doesn't work. And the rooms on top floors are more likely microwave. In the sunny days rooms will not get cold on 16 degree of AC temperature. There is also communication issue. As they don't understand English. And if you really want to enjoy night life of Bangkok then this would be a worst choice for you.

I like this place, the stuff was kind and helpful. A little problem with English, but Google voice translate fix this issue. We stayed there two times and never had any problems. The location is perfect, you can easily reach to all local sights. I'd recommend to rent a room with AC only, visiting Thailand you should know about local warm weather ;)

Extremely nice people who work here who speak English well. If you have any questions they will help you right away, the view from the roofbalcony is also amazing. The villa is closely located to many of Bangkok's highlights

If I could give no stars I would. Staff absolute no English, not helpful and came across grumpy. Signs up in English with a number of a lady, we did get to chat to her but she didn’t have much info or really provide assistance, in fact we text her a number of times times over two days with no reply. Really poor guest service. This ‘ call center’ lady must have a different job, don’t think she is ever onsite! Ok if you are just staying and know Bangkok, don’t expect any assistance or welcome, just a very basic room. With rain, there was leaks in common area, A/C leaked in room and generally run down. Charming interior, pretty much like at home. Good breakfast set up, friendly staff and amazing neighborhood. Within walking distance we can visit most of wonderful architecture. However its location also easy to go around town either metro buses,boat ferry, taxi or tuk-tuk.

Well, we paid like 3000 Bt for 6 nights, so it was okay considering having really thin walls and a bad bathroom experience. At least we had an AC and the owners are really friendly thais.

Got Scram big time, original I was book for 10 dollar on booking and when I got there they charged me 20 dollar. After long day on the bus I just didn’t care about the cost and just want to rest so I paid 20 dollars for it. The room are old and the bed are low quality hurt my back, and the restroom are wet and moldy . Btw this is a ( Two person room ) I’m talking about , what you see in the picture is nowhere close when you are exactly here. This place locate in the slump in a very dark ally. ( Save YOUR MONEY& DISAPPOINTMENT and go somewhere else
