It seems like all the masseuses in the shop are foreigners; they don't understand Thai very well, aren't very interested in massaging, and they even lock the door to the customer's room.

All Chaiapond, there are I think 3 different places in the Inthamra area, does give a very unprofessional impression. I went to all 3 and left at the door. This particular place gave the worst impression, the staff are clearly not interested to even greet customers

My experience with this massage salon is very good. The salon is very clean and neat and the massage ladies are very friendly. My massage with lady Nong Lah was amazing and especially the back walk was a wonderful experience. I will definitely come back and would strongly recommend this massageshop to anyone that is visiting Bangkok.

The massage is very good and affordable. Sister Nang, Sister Bee, Nong Som, and Nong U are all excellent. The air conditioning is cool and there's Wi-Fi. You might need to book in advance as it gets very busy in the evenings.

The first few times I went for a massage, it was excellent; I was so impressed I went every week. Lately, the massages have been terrible. I'm wasting money and two hours just lying there while the masseuse presses and massages me. The staff aren't attentive; they just chat amongst themselves, talking across the massage table and over the client's head. Instead of being relaxing, it's incredibly chaotic and restless. It would be so much better if they stopped chatting and paid attention to the client. When I asked them to focus on certain areas, they just ignored me and didn't do it at all. I really wish they would restore the quality of their massages to what they used to do.

Good massage, affordable price, and parking available.

The atmosphere was great and the massage therapist was excellent.
