What a wonderful experience! The staff were so kind and professional. The massage was fantastic, and I really enjoyed trying all the teas. I’m not sure what the dessert was, but it was absolutely delicious. The onsen was so relaxing, and my wife and I felt refreshed and rejuvenated after our visit. I highly recommend booking in advance!

This serene oasis is located off a small alley (Soi). From outside it looks like a secluded private residence, but stepping into the waiting area transports you instantly into a Japanese zen like zone. A cool towel and drink to start and then into the largest therapy room I have ever seen, with washroom, private soaking tub, and a small table. All in soothing cypress-like shades. The shiatsu massage was a blend of standard oil and pressure, with a little stretching. After, you are escorted to a separate tea room for hot tea, hot towel and a Japanese snack. Pricey for a non hotel session, but on a quiet day, absolutely worth the price.

I had a wonderful experience here. The onsen was very clean and relaxing, and the staff khun Nang were professional and friendly. A perfect place in the middle of Bangkok. Will definitely come back. Exactly what I needed to recharge. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality wellness time.

I've had Onsen and massages at various spa, this one is by far the greatest. It's a beautiful, calm and peaceful setting. I felt genuinely cared for during the session because the therapist was highly skilled and attentive. The reception staff was very friendly and provided excellent assistance and clear instructions. I strongly recommend everyone to try it. If you’re visiting Bangkok, this is definitely a must! Truly the best spa experience I’ve ever had.

They get lots of 5-star reviews and they certainly deserve them. The place is pristine, and what's better than a therapeutic massage after an hour of relaxing onsen? I cannot judge the skills of my therapist as I asked for Thai fusion massage at soft level, and some of the usual pain points were skipped, but all I can say is I wished my first massage ever 10 years ago were like that. Anyway, the place was serene and tranquil, and the trickle of the Onsen water added to the authentic experience. One star was taken off for the location. Best walk 3 minutes from Lumpini MRT to their other shop and let them arrange shuttle for you, the traffic around would annihilate any expectations for a good time. Had our best & luxurious spa and onsen experience at Diora. Exceptional atmosphere, service and massage quality - the staff are professional, highly experienced, meticulous and thoughtful. And we were so lucky to enjoy their 1-for-1 package! Will definitely visit again.

Amazing experience, clean and zen environment. All the staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Onsen was at the perfect temperature and massage was perfect. Specifically asked for tight spots and massaged on point. Add on the facial and face massage and it feels so rejuvenating. Ended off with a tea and mini dessert set which cleansed the stomach and mind. Simply amazing.

The onsen offers rooms with both indoor and outdoor baths. However, the promotional materials only show the forest-view rooms with outdoor baths, which created certain expectations. In reality, I was assigned a room with an indoor ensuite bath. While it wasn’t a major issue, there was occasionally a slight sewer smell. It would be more transparent if the hotel clearly showed all room types in their promotional materials, not just the most fancy ones.
