As an avid massage lover who has received massages all across Asia, I had my RAKxa signature massage with therapist Wun and Deep Tissue massage with Saipan during my stay. When I first met Wun for my treatment, my first impression was that she looks young and skinny, so I didn’t have any expectations for the massage at first. However, from her very first long stroke, I could instantly feel she is extremely experienced, with skills that feel like over 10 years in the industry. I was truly impressed when I found out she has only been with the company for 2 years. This really shows that RAKxa provides exceptional professional training for all their staff, combining solid knowledge and outstanding hands-on massage skills. Big thanks also to Saipan for the great service, thoughtful sharing and wonderful recovery-focused massage work that helped my body a lot. He was so good that I have to booked a 2nd treatment with him the following day! What stood out most is the incredible teamwork across all departments here. The sports team, massage therapists, dining staff and front desk all have seamless internal guest communication. You never need to repeat your requests. The whole team is united, attentive and professional 👍 Tawny is one of the staff whom stood out for me in terms of his EQ, customer service & communication at the restaurant. The only minor downside is the food plating and choice of tableware. The bowl used for the grilled octopus were not practical for cutting during dinner, so I had to transfer my grilled octopus onto my bread plate just to cut it comfortably. That said, all the food has amazing taste and wonderful flavours. My gentle suggestion is for the kitchen team to attend a plating course, as plating is truly an art that enhances the whole visual dining experience. Overall a fantastic stay and service experience. I’m really looking forward to the opening of their second restaurant within the premises!

RAKXA Wellness Clinic in Bangkok is genuinely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, professional, and beautifully organized. My advisor, Nok, has been outstanding—so attentive, supportive, and knowledgeable. She explained each step clearly, checked in regularly, and made the whole detox journey feel easy and motivating. Upon arrival, I was given refreshing infused water, a beautiful view of the river, and sound healing. The food and drinks were very fresh, good, easy, and delicious. Every treatment I took was excellent. The staff, doctors, and other health professionals, such as doctors, coaches, and therapists, were all kind and skillful. Overall, an amazing place to enjoy slow living.

From start to finish, the experience at Rakxa Castlefalfi is simply outstanding. The service begins with a car pick-up — equipped with Wi-Fi, a charger, and water for your comfort. Upon arrival at the hotel, you’re given a tablet to conveniently fill in your information. After that, you’re taken to the changing rooms, which are private, elegant, and fully equipped. Each locker comes with combs, sanitary items, vanities, and everything you need for your massage session. The women’s changing room includes showers and a sauna, while the men’s area also has its own exclusive sauna. Both are perfectly maintained and add so much to the relaxation. The highlight is the swimming pools — both indoor and outdoor — with views that are simply phenomenal, especially overlooking the Burgo. Truly, this is a high-class experience that combines comfort, privacy, and luxury in the best way. Highly recommended!

RakXa Integrity Wellness is an excellent choice for anyone focused on their health. It brings together specialists in both traditional and scientific medicine, with alternative therapies like karma healing massage, as well as traditional Thai and Chinese medicine. Since starting my Brain Booster and Gut Restorative Therapies, I have successfully completed all my tests. I enjoyed my functional fitness assessment with Saiipan, who provided me with valuable advice on exercises for improving my posture. I recommend trying the hydrotherapy at RakXa Jai, as well as the Qi Gong class and chakra balancing with therapist Oil.
