Doesn't this place have a rule against chatting during massages? They were talking non-stop, even whispering in the customer's ear for two hours. The customer had to lie there listening to the masseuses gossip non-stop. Three or four masseuses were chatting loudly while giving massages, even discussing how serious the customer's condition was... Completely rude!
