I give it 100/10! No matter how tense your muscles are, they'll relax completely. And this was an aromatherapy massage, so the masseuse even added some deep tissue stretching as a bonus. Don't worry, they'll give you extra without asking, and you don't have to worry about pain. The masseuse constantly asks if you're in pain, and you can tell them if you are. They'll always ask if you want this or that. Just tell them what you want, and they'll provide it. But don't talk too much, or they'll go over time (but the price remains the same!). Highly recommend!
