They told me to wait an hour and to call ahead. I waited for almost an hour, then called to say they had already taken a new queue because they thought there wouldn't be enough people, even though they told me to wait an hour. And then they said I was 20 minutes late! Wait a minute, it hasn't even been an hour yet! And I even called beforehand. Such a waste of time.
