Let's Relax Spa - Bangna

This is the first time we try this brand but the overall experience is disappointing. The shop is nice and clean, the massage room is spacious and comfortable. However, the therapist assigned to my girlfriend is a disaster. The therapist is a bit confused and cannot do the scrubbing on my girlfriend back. We can hear another therapist telling her how to do the scrubbing. We expected that the therapist should be well-trained before performing any service to customer and this is totally unacceptable. My girlfriend felt her back hurt after the scrubbing and cannot relax at all. A mango sticky rice is included in the price and is served in the lobby of ground floor. Anyway, we will blacklist this shop and will not return again.

I've been to many branches of Let's relax and also this Bangna branch for more than 3 times. It was my husband and my anniversary of marriage on 05/10, and my husband booked the 150 min body scrup+aroma oil message+foot message. The messagist for me is extremely disappointing. I asked for strengthing the message on my shoulder, head and foot, and need to avoid my thighs and waist. And the result I got is the messagist kept messaging my thighs and waist which makes me extremely uncomfortable! As for the shoulder, head, and foot, I felt nothing but anger because all I felt was that the masseuse smeared a bunch of massage oil on my body. Indeed, that I chose light strength, but I didn't expect to be so light that I can feel NOTHING! I can feel the messagist is not in the mood or something and did not pay attention on the message! And I've taken the Dream package for a long time, I know the general process and step of foot message, which the foot message was totally different this time from this messagist! This is the 2900 baht message I got? This is the messagist quality for Let's relax? While you increase the price of the program or package, your messagist performs like this to the customer? Thanks to you that my good mood of the anniversary was ruined. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN. If you need a quality massage near the airport, this is the place to go. Call or book in advance. I went for a 60min oil message at 3;30. Left about 4:45pm and arrived at the airport by 5:15. Checked my bags and had plenty of time before my 6:30 flight. Price is a little higher vs other massage chain

I went for 90 min. aroma oil massage and everything went well. The therapist was well trained and had the right weight for massaging. The environment and surrounding was clean and calm. This is my second time here and super reccommend for anyone who searching for relaxation on your rough day. After the massage, you will be rewarded with the mango stickyrice and warm tea. That's everything for such a tired day.

It's 5 storied and there are quite a number of options for massage and package deals including onsen. Affordable prices. We did an aromatherapy and back and shoulder massage. Both therapists we got were very good, they could tell right away where our muscles were tight or knotted, painful but all the stiffness is gone. Polite staff, clean rooms and shower facilities. Worth the visit.
