I booked a 60-minute massage, but the actual massage time was about 10 minutes short. I'm not sure if the shop counts the massage time from the start or from the moment I walk in.

I went for a massage once and loved it. The second time I went, the masseuse didn't give me the full time; she was 10 minutes short. She kept going to get things, like products, for almost 10 minutes. Then someone delivered a package while she was massaging. It was very annoying. In the end, she insisted on being on time. She didn't compensate for the extra 10 minutes. Throughout the massage, she talked non-stop, without stopping. Her behavior was inappropriate. There are good masseuses too, but it's a gamble.

People come to get a massage and encounter security guards who talk to them in a way that is annoying.
