I called to inquire, and the owner seemed rude, as if she didn't want to charge 250 baht per hour for the massage. I suggested that my mother could have a longer massage, like three hours, to truly relax, but she refused. That kind of attitude is unacceptable. I'm glad I didn't post a negative review on my personal Facebook page. If you don't want to provide good service, you shouldn't be doing it; you're already rich anyway. She said her staff was busy; I hope she gets even busier, but if she continues to treat customers like this, her staff will be less busy and the shop will be less busy too. Just wait and see.
