The pictures and reality are two different things. The satff is friendly and I'd love to give more stars, unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations.

I went to the Ladprao 111 branch yesterday at almost 2:00 PM. I booked a 3.5-hour course, but it actually took less than 3.5 hours. I finished about an hour ahead of schedule.

The salon is beautiful and clean, and the staff provides excellent service, taking great care of you throughout the process. They were very meticulous with the exfoliating treatment, paying attention to detail and constantly asking if you were in pain or feeling cold. I will definitely be returning for their services frequently.

The salon is incredibly beautiful and clean, and I loved everything they offered, from the exfoliating treatments to the waxing services. The staff were excellent, making me feel comfortable and at ease. It was definitely worth the price! For exfoliating, you can tell the staff where you want your skin treated, and they'll focus on those areas. Afterwards, my skin felt noticeably brighter, cleaner, and much more relaxed. As for the waxing, the skin was incredibly smooth afterwards, and there were no ingrown hairs. I give this salon 5 stars!

If you want a truly satisfying exfoliating scrub, you have to come here.

I went to the store after reading the positive reviews. It wasn't worth the trip.

The service was excellent. The staff were lovely and attentive throughout the process. After the treatment, I could immediately feel that my skin was clean, smooth, soft, radiant, and noticeably moisturized. It was a very worthwhile self-care treatment. Highly recommend!
