Excellent, excellent, I'd even say "better than expected." It completely cured my symptoms. The price was reasonable for the treatment. The doctor is incredibly skilled; small but precise and strong. It's hard to find a truly good and skilled clinic, but I highly recommend this one. It's clean, safe, and the staff are friendly. I won't be going anywhere else! I'm spreading the word!

Khun Namwan used to work at Abhaibhubej Hospital. She provided massage, hot compress, and volcanic stone therapy. She was very attentive to every step. I was extremely impressed.

I went for a massage with a friend, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. In my 29 years of life, I've had massages at many places, but this is the first time I've encountered a massage shop with prices similar to others but such terrible service. Anyone considering this shop should read this. Bad part #1: There were only me and my friend in the shop. The masseuse turned on the air conditioning as usual, but my friend and I were cold and we informed the staff. Their response was simply, "We turned it on out of politeness," and they didn't turn it off or adjust the temperature. It took 30 minutes before they finally adjusted it, because during the massage I was so cold I had to hug my arms to keep warm. Bad part #2: My friend and I told the masseuse beforehand that we wanted a neck, shoulder, and back massage, and we emphasized again before the massage began that I had neck, shoulder, and back pain. What I received was a leg massage, leg stretching, arm massage, arm stretching, a face massage, and most strangely, a jaw massage and an ear massage. The jaw massage was extremely painful, so I pulled away and told them it hurt, but the masseuse only said... "Well, it's a massage," she said, without any apology. She massaged my neck, shoulders, and back for less than 20 minutes in total. Basically, it was mainly a leg massage. **However, another masseuse who massaged my friend gave him a full neck, shoulder, and back massage. My friend said he felt much better afterward. The other masseuse's massage was approximately 10% leg massage and 90% neck, shoulder, and back massage as requested.** The third worst part, and this is what infuriated me, was a one-hour massage, but I barely got an actual hour of massage. The masseuse was on the phone with her child quite frequently, walking away to get water or do something else (I couldn't see), and talking to other masseuses constantly and quite loudly, which was very disruptive. Combined with point 2 above, what I received wasn't relaxation, but stress for the entire hour. When the hour was up, she quickly ended the massage to continue her phone call. I received no compensation for the time lost due to her slacking off. This is the first time I've written a review like this for this shop, because I've reached my breaking point. Anyone considering this place should think carefully. Hiring a family member for a massage would be much better than paying this masseuse here. P.S. I only want to complain about this one masseuse. The other masseuses did their job excellently. I don't know their names because I didn't want to waste time and I was afraid of my own mood at the time. I was extremely upset and wanted to leave as quickly as possible.
