The clinic lacked professionalism in managing time. I had a massage appointment for 4 PM and arrived 15 minutes early. The massage only began at 4:30 PM because the therapist hadn't finished with the previous patient. The massage lasted only 30 minutes and cost 1,000 baht. The therapist only used a stick to apply pressure to the problematic muscles. During the treatment, the therapist, staff member, and another therapist were talking loudly almost constantly, and there was also noise from children next door. The overall experience was unprofessional. I hope this feedback is helpful.
