Jen Massage Hot stone

We chose this massage parlor based on reviews. We haven't regretted it one bit. My husband and I went for an oil massage. He liked it just as much as I did. Both therapists had quite strong hands. I read reviews about someone being caressed, but I don't agree at all. The massage was a 10 out of 10. We've been to many massage parlors on the island, and I can say this one is definitely worth a visit and don't hesitate. It may not be luxurious, but the quality is worth the money.

My husband and I went there for the first time six months ago. He went for an oil massage and I went for a foot massage. We swore we'd never go back. The massage was absolutely terrible. They just stroked us for an hour. We were passing by yesterday and decided to give them a chance. We both went in for an oil massage. Firstly, the temperature in the room was 16 degrees, I think. I was freezing the whole time and it was very uncomfortable. My massage therapist started with her elbows, only her elbows on my whole back. She hardly moved her arms or fingers at all. I asked her to use her palms and harder. She agreed, but I regretted it. My hands are rough and weak. I thought my 8-year-old son could do even more. I asked her to do it harder several times, but apparently she has no strength in her arms or just doesn't know how to massage. She did both my legs differently, as if she had no massage training at all 🤦🏻‍♀️ Overall, I'll never go there again. And I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

The staff is very nice and the massages are very well done. We went twice for the quality of the massage and service delivered. We wouldn’t go back unfortunately because of how loud and unorganized it can get at times when the massage is being delivered. People walking in talking loudly (sometimes the staff too unfortunately), the door being left open multiple times and just overall noise that makes the experience not as much enjoyable and interacts negatively with the amazing massage…

Be careful!! The massage was ok but guess what… when I opened my wallet to pay 2,000 baht was missing from there. Of course they became rude and denied it.

I had clearly requested a strictly private massage, without any other people present, and taking into account that some communities do not accept being massaged by women. Despite this, my request was not respected. I found myself surrounded by several women and observed from behind curtains, which made the experience very uncomfortable. There was a complete lack of respect for privacy, personal beliefs, and my initial request. Instead of a relaxing experience, it was an awkward and stressful situation. I definitely do not recommend this service.
