The masseuse was good, but I was surprised that the front desk staff made me change my underwear in the foot massage room, even though there was a clear glass window and people walking by could see me changing. I've actually been to this branch many times, but this time the service was really bad. Even after I asked if I should change right there, they still insisted. That's it, this is the last time. This was terrible.

It's hard to find a doctor these days who truly understands the acupressure points. So if you're here, come see Dr. Woon. He's a master at massage and I felt truly relaxed. I came today to treat my tight back. Personally, I think Dr. Woon is very good at addressing my tight back.

The staff gave clear information, the shop was clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing (I had a foot massage today). Last time I came for a Thai massage, but I didn't take pictures of the room. (I recommend calling to book in advance.)

Some masseurs are good, others aren't; it's like a random selection, there's no clear standard. The staff at the counter also seem confused by the service.

I called to book an appointment for 3 PM for 4 people since the morning. When the appointment time arrived, they called to reschedule, saying a Chinese tour group had arrived. This kind of service is terrible. They should prioritize those who booked by phone, not just focus on making money from the Chinese tour groups and then reschedule for us. They need to improve this aspect of their service.
