The service was good, but the masseuse had extremely heavy hands. Even when I told her it hurt, she insisted on continuing. She said she couldn't handle it, but claimed she had the lightest touch in the shop. She even said I was delicate, even though I usually get strong massages. The masseuses here were so heavy-handed I was begging for mercy; it was excruciating. But she persevered until the end.
The atmosphere was great, and the masseuse was excellent and very polite.

I went for a massage because I wanted to relax, but the masseuse was in pain and didn't listen to the customer at all. I told her it hurt many times and her face looked like she couldn't take it anymore, but the masseuse stubbornly persisted. I left feeling terrible. It's been several months and I still remember it. I won't go again. The masseuse was an older woman.
