Absolutely amazing experience at Let’s Relax Spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The staff was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. My massage was one of the best I’ve ever had—I left feeling completely refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed. It was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Let’s Relax Spa to anyone looking for a top-quality spa experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
This is the only massage area I go to in Thailand as it is convenient and relaxing. The staff are friendly and approachable. They make you feel comfortable as much as possible. I’ve tried their Thai massage and it was really pleasant. In terms of language, English needs to be practiced a bit so we can communicate better but I will also practice my Thai so I can talk to them better. My only suggestion would be if they could lower the price a bit as it is quite pricey compared to other areas. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with them and with a finishing touch of mango sticky rice after a good massage.
We would rate 0 stars if we could. Unfortunately had a very bad experience at 'let's relax' at the Mandarin on a Saturday evening recently. We booked a steam room, floral bath, body scrub and facial but had to cancel halfway through (at the start of the floral bath) without proceeding to the remaining services. An event was on at the hotel and the reverb was so bad and so loud it was unbearable in the room where the services were to take place. To add to the terrible experience when we walked up to the front desk and described the issue, wished to cancel the services that hadn't started and asked for a refund for the remainder (not for the steam and bath which had partly been completed), we were told that we couldn't get a refund. After applying further pressure they further hesitated to refund our money, offered other services (not interested), other locations (leaving Bangkok), and then indicating that it would take 15 days to consider getting a refund. We had to pretty much refuse to leave for an hour and stood around at the front desk and refused to take no before they sorted it out and provided a written email and letter stating that we would get a refund for the services that we didn't proceed with. Unfortunately it's now been well beyond the time that they indicated we would receive the refund and there's been no communication, update or refund in sight. What a terrible experience and appalling customer service. Luckily, given the plentiful options in Bangkok we will certainly not be back again.
The spa was great with knowledgable and professional staff. Best Thai massages ever! We did the 2-hour full body Thai massage with additional 45-minute for massage. Before you begin they offer you some tea. After the treatment they provide you with tea and mango with coconut sticky rice. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Top notch service.
First time at this branch! And Let's Relax never disappoint you, as always! The place is clean and quiet. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. The therapist is well trained and knows what she is doing! Will definitely coming back!
Our to-go to place everytime we are in Bangkok! Special appreciation to Ten and Porn for their excellent massages!
I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this spa in Thailand. During the massage, the therapist applied strong pressure in my underarm area. At that moment, I felt a sharp “electric shock” sensation traveling down my right arm into my hand. Since then, I’ve been left with numbness and heaviness in my thumb and the area between my thumb and index finger. This is not a normal reaction to a massage and strongly suggests improper technique or lack of adequate training. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of responsibility or concern from the staff afterward. There was no real attempt to understand what happened or to offer any solution. I ended up paying in full and leaving with a physical issue that I did not have before. I strongly advise other customers, especially international tourists, to be very cautious. Make sure your therapist understands English well so you can clearly communicate discomfort or pain during the session. Also, do not hesitate to stop the massage immediately if something feels wrong. In my opinion, the spa should ensure that all therapists are properly trained and capable of safe techniques, especially when working around sensitive nerve areas. Based on my experience, this is currently not the case. Please be careful when choosing this place. It is the second day and my finger seems the same, numb.
One of the many let's relaxed spas located in Bangkok that is also located right in the Mandarin Hotel. I have been going to this brand of spa for quite a number of times since the service is rather consistent. however, the massage quality is for sure a difference since it's based on the individual that does the massage for you. The price is set a month all the different shops so there's no surprise. I did three massages at this location during my stay, and I enjoyed two of three.
Nice, calm, relax and clean place for massage, took 1.5 hrs for Thai massage. Big and spacious room for alone. This branch is quite big comparing to other branches I have visited before. Quite room, I have seen noone walk and talk loudly as before, only at reception area.
I had a highly disappointing experience at the Let's Relax Mandarin Hotel branch. The service started poorly with no clear instructions provided for the body steaming component. Once I finished steaming, I was left waiting for an unacceptably long time as I couldn't reach the front desk to proceed to the next step. The facilities themselves were lacking, highlighted by the shower curtain completely falling off. When the massage finally began, it felt entirely rushed, improvised, and unprofessional. The masseuse had the expertise of a kid playing with play dough for the first time. The session was even interrupted by the masseuse making multiple trips to the toilet, which was incredibly uncomfortable and disruptive to the experience. The staff made you feel like you were inconveniencing them for getting a paid service…Overall, it was a frustrating and poorly managed visit
