Riraku Onsen & Spa

I've been here twice. The first time I just enjoyed the 60-minute onsen. This time, I added a massage. The masseuse was lovely and accommodating, allowing me to request pressure levels and specify areas, but it felt like she couldn't really focus on particular points; she just went with the flow. The pressure was good though. The body oil in the Romance scent is sweet and lovely. I wish there were more scent options. The onsen was warm and comfortable, perfect for relaxation. I think I'll definitely go back again.

Simply the best and most professional on all account

I had booked for an onsen and an aromatherapy massage through gowabi. Riraku is an amazing place, very clean, and professional. The massage was extremely good, and the baths were warm and comfortable. They gave refreshments throughout and the aroma oils were perfect. Highly recommended!

Clean and good service, but if you go late at night, the staff seem a little rushed.

I booked an appointment via LINE, but the admin on LINE read my message but didn't reply. It's like they don't really want to provide service. I wonder if this only happens to people who buy through the app? Do you only get service if you buy in-store? Yesterday I waited all day to see if there were any available slots, and they still haven't replied the next day (though they've read the message). I'm confused. Maybe they don't want to use my service again. It's nothing like what other people reviewed.

It's in a bit of a secluded spot, so I probably wouldn't go out of my way to visit. It says "hot spring," but a hot spring usually refers to groundwater above 25 degrees Celsius... I think it would be more accurate to just call it a Japanese-style private bath plus massage. The facilities were good, and the water temperature was somewhere between hot and lukewarm. If you want to raise the temperature further during your session, just ask them separately and they will do it for you. I had a good rest.
