It seems like a small shop, but it's actually spacious and not cramped. The atmosphere is great, the air is cool and comfortable, and the service is excellent. All the massage therapists greet you with a bow, offer a welcome drink, and even give you a back massage. I also got a new shop promotion. It seems like they only offer a few massage services, which I think might be because of the location, but that's good. Gradual growth is key so the shop can last a long time. (It would be great if they offered body scrubs too, then I could visit every month ☺️)

She massaged every pressure point perfectly without pressing too hard. I highly recommend this massage for anyone with neck, shoulder, and back pain. It's very effective, and the masseuse is lovely.

I had a massage appointment at 7 PM. I arrived almost 10 minutes early. Initially, the masseuse said she would be finished, but then told me to wait until around 7:10 PM. I said okay, I could wait. However, it was 7:15 PM and she was still massaging. When I asked the manager, instead of apologizing properly, she said that delays are inevitable. I explained that I understood a 10-minute delay, but was it really necessary to wait 20-30 minutes? If that was the case, why didn't they schedule me for 7:30 PM so I could have other things to do? They said the person who scheduled the appointment and the masseuse were different people. So, is this the customer's fault? It's the shop's time management fault. If it was just 10 minutes, I wouldn't mind, but it was 20 minutes and she still wasn't finished. How long would it take for my massage to even start? They spoke to me like I was the customer at fault, like I couldn't wait. I had other appointments. What am I supposed to do? It would have been better to schedule me for 7:30 PM so I could plan my schedule. Waiting for 20 minutes at 7 PM is unacceptable. If they had apologized and spoken nicely, I wouldn't have minded. They spoke as if it was our fault for asking, since we were 20 minutes late. They replied, "There have to be some delays, just wait. The masseuse and the person who made the appointment are different people. There's only one masseuse." Is that right? In the end, we decided not to get a massage. We went in to change, and when we came out, the masseuse still wasn't finished. If we had gotten the massage, we would have been sitting there waiting for half an hour. Why did we schedule an appointment for 7 PM then?

There's parking for about 6-8 cars. The staff are lovely, the prices aren't too high, and it's clean. Overall, it's great. I'll definitely come again.

The place is spacious, comfortable, clean, and smells good. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely go back. The masseuses are skilled (I really liked Masseuse Ning). They massage deep into the muscles. There's parking available. It's a short walk down the alley. It's a private area.

We came as a pair and the massage times were inconsistent, requiring 5-6 repetitions. There was no administrator; the masseuses managed everything themselves. Massage Time: - Massage Technique: 5/10 Mediocre. Just light touching, not hitting the right pressure points. But maybe it was just our masseuse. - Time: ? I'm unsure when the massage time starts – during foot washing or the actual massage itself. Two masseuses said it started during foot washing, while the oldest one said it started during the actual massage. They argued amongst themselves. I should ask the owner what the standard time is. I wish there was a manager to instruct the staff on what to do so they wouldn't argue on the spot. The place itself is good, but improving the staff would be great. Overall rating: 4/10

The shop is very peaceful and clean, and there's parking available. The masseuse, an elderly lady, hit every pressure point perfectly. I felt so much better after the 2-hour massage; it was totally worth it. I found the shop on Google Maps and called to check for availability, and it turned out to be perfect. I highly recommend calling to book in advance if you plan to get a massage. I'll definitely be back again next time.

This was my first time using their service. The foot massage was truly relaxing and effectively relieved my fatigue. The massage therapist was very friendly and even gave me some information about foot massage techniques. The place was clean, spacious, and parking was easy. It was also a convenient walk down the alley.
