Walked in for a hand and foot spa, gel manicure, and normal pedicure. Very pleasant staff and experience. They were able to recommend matching colors for my manicure and pedicure. I am happy with my visit and would return.

First time getting my nails done in Thailand, and after looking at many salons, I chose Kaia. I came in with pretty high expectations. The service was excellent — especially thanks to Sandar. Although her English wasn’t fluent, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to my needs. She even stayed late without a single complaint, finishing my appointment around 10:15 PM. That said, while the experience was pleasant, I didn’t feel the final result justified the high price. I paid 3250 baht for a French tip manicure and pedicure. As shown in photos, gel overlay is done poorly.

Got a great pedicure ⭐️ been bothered by my previous pedicure for weeks so I’m super glad I got them fixed today. Came here because of the great reviews and it really was worth !! Great price for the quality of the service 🥳 Lovely atmosphere and very comfy chairs too. Will definitely be back !!

Wow, just wow! Beautiful salon - the atmosphere is so cozy, relaxing and luxurious. The nail tech was super professional and did such a gorgeous job on my nails. All the girls that work there are so sweet and super friendly. Highly recommend. When I come back to Bangkok, I'll definitely be back 🥰🤍

I had high expectations when visiting Kaia Nail Spa in Bangkok, especially after clearly communicating my desired nail design and sharing reference pictures. Unfortunately, the final result did not match what I asked for. Despite confirming the details multiple times and being assured they could deliver, the work was disappointing and lacked precision. The staff was polite, but the execution fell short of professional standards, especially considering the price. It’s frustrating to leave a salon feeling unsatisfied after investing both time and money. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for detailed and accurate work. Hopefully, they can improve their skills and attention to customer requests in the future.

Hidden gem on the 3rd floor of Park Silom - right next to Jetts Fitness. Attentive staff, affordable prices, and the spa is wonderful! They also do eyelash extension and wax. Usually packed so don’t forget to book beforehand :) 5/5

The place was clean, tidy and easy to find. I did a L'occitaine full spa and it was so relaxing. The staff was polite. Recommended! Will visit here again :)

I had the best mani and pedi yesterday. The staff was so sweet and helped me in English and to learn a little Thai while getting treated. I wasn’t feeling great from the heat and a far walk when I arrived but they gave me some water and comfy blanket and by the time they were done I was feeling healthy, pretty and demure. Bonus… there is a lot of toned hot guys going to the gym next door so people watching was on point too.
