WARNING! WARNING! I sincerely do not recommend this massage parlor. There’s a reservation of 3pm for 2hours massage and I wait in the room til 15:15 the masseur finally started the program and it’s really ironic that the the masseur ended the massage before 16:45 and I left the store at 5pm sharp. It’s STEALING TIME massage store. HIGHLY NO RECOMMENDATION.

September 2025. I made a mistake in trying this place again as it was very close to my hotel, hoping they have improved but how WRONG I WAS. I chose Kenta, who was a polite friendly boy until he advised me the MINIMUM TIP is now 500b, even though the web site as I showed him said 200b ( this has now been updated) Surely a tip is for GOOD SERVICE but my 2 hour massage was just 1.5hrs so BAD SERVICE 🤨I should actually have a 25% refund and give NO TIP. He also had the cheek to ask for an extra 1500b This business still allows the staff to cut customers very short on time although they will claim it’s to allow you to shower, I paid for a 2hr massage not 1.5😤 Like I said in my previous review, you get a far better service at Health Land and much better facilities. For these reasons I reduce the previous 2 star to 1star because they just don’t care about the masseurs cutting the paying customers short on time 🤨 PREVIOUS REVIEW I visit many massage businesses on my travels but just hate it when you pay a rather high price for a 2 hour massage and firstly I was left naked in the room for 10 minutes then offered a hot tea….strange. Why not offer that before getting naked. Then the massage finished 20 minutes early…. To allow time for a shower… which really only takes 5 minutes. Then given an ice cream which was so hard you couldn’t eat it. I would have given 1 star rating but actually the massage was very enjoyable. I return to Bangkok in 2 months and again in October/November but I will not be returning here. . I’ll go to Health land where my 2 hour massage actually lasted for 1hr 57 minutes. I know this as I always take photos before and after to see the time stamp.

Good location near bts for 5 minute walk. The place is clam & clean. My therapist is "Rain". He have excellent service and nice. His massage skill make me feel good.

Place: well maintained and clean. Shower is available and the amenaties they give were great compared to other spa places. They provide a bottle of water, ice cream, mouth wash as well. Service: massage was good but nothing special. You can have other options as well. the price is overll a bit expensive compared to other massage places. Staff: staff were friendly and they are quick to respond kn theyre line. Overall: if you have money to spend then this place is for you.

I have known others to have a good experience here, but the service I received here was all around poor. Quality: The masseur used almost no pressure. I asked him multiple times to use more but he never understood. It felt like he was just rubbing oil on my body. Completion of service: I paid for a two hour massage and showed up prior to the start time. The treatment started 10 minutes late due to the masseur (which isn’t a big deal) except he only massaged me for 90 minutes. I asked him why and he said I needed time to shower, which is a ridiculous excuse. Obviously, it doesn’t take 20 mins to shower and also I shouldn’t have it take away from the massage time. Management: I contacted them on Line to give them feedback and to give them a chance to correct the situation so that I could return again and not leave a bad review. They replied claiming they would do an investigation. It’s been almost two weeks since then. I have messaged them back multiple times and no one replied to me. Meanwhile, they spam my app daily with advertisements promising high quality treatments.
