I'd like to pass this feedback on to the management or owner. Having worked in the service industry for decades, I'd like to address the issue of staff etiquette training. At the check-in/check-out counter, there's an older female employee with short hair and glasses. Her demeanor and facial expression towards customers are unacceptable. For example, this happened around the end of February. I booked a room and then requested a room change the next day – a quieter, more secluded spot away from the elevator. She yelled at me, saying, "Why are you being so difficult about changing rooms?" I don't know who trained her, or if it's just her nature, but if the owner or person in charge is the same person who served me that day, I will definitely not be returning. I'm sharing this experience and spreading the word. This is despite us regularly eating and drinking at the restaurant nearby. Nowadays, I stay at the hotel on Soi 44 for a much better experience.
