Homepro Rama 2

I have purchased sevel items from HomePro now and I have always received great service. During my recent visit, I was considering which small lawnmower would be best for my small plot. The associate was Excellent. She took each model down from the rack so that we could feel the weight and handling. She even set each unit up with batteries so that we could hear the sound level. Her knowledge of the warranty and service options was also top notch. They have provided installation servicea on past purchases like hot water heaters and refrigerators. HopePro is my first stop when shopping for home items in Thailand. In a world of online shopping, I still prefer to pay a fraction more for great service, the ability to physically compare real products, and the satisfaction of taking them home.

2020. As so often before, I went without buying anything. 90% of staff know NOTHING about what they are working on. They sell machines but have no accessories at home. Update November 28, 2021 Home Pro has a nice selection of things for your home. They also have enough staff, but they are so little serviceminded that it screams to heaven. After 10-15 minutes at this furniture I had to find someone who could sell me that set. There was not one of those present who came to me. Update on December 2, 2021. The purchased furniture was delivered on Tuesday as agreed. It was clear that the box had been opened and closed several times and immediately I could also see that the sofa had 2 faults. I knew that well, but I did not see the problem, so you got rid of that sofa. Thats poor. I was promised another next day, for delivery around 11am. That appointment you changed to 1pm, again to 4pm and once again until 6pm (in the middle of dinner!) You call me 5 times to change the appointment. Think it's PROfessional? The legs were put on incorrectly, swapped so that it stood straight, but still incorrectly. I wanted to eat, and this morning I changed my legs myself. Take and train your people AND equip them with the tools and knowledge they need.

Quite big store in Rama2. Lots of helpful staff in every corners. Price are moderate.

Always good for me. I can get almost everything I want for my home here. One thing that I quite don't like is too much staffs sometimes I just want to look around but some staff follow me all the time. Otherwise is OK.

So many staff members, not helpful in an informative way. The staff have a very limited knowledge of each product. The selection is good, prices are fair. I appreciate the cleanliness. It's weird how the staff are all playing on their phones and try to hide them as we walk by. Parking is covered and clean.

Good parking area, easy access to Rama 2 road. Full of gadgets and tools, good for furniture as well.

No photos, but you are likely to find home improvement items here. Lots of availability on a wide range of items. Generally a wide selection, however some items are priced way above the competition. If you're on a budget this is definitely not the store for you. It's better to visit Big C if you want lower prices. Probably 60 or more sales associates standing around with nothing to do and none that speak English. However they are very polite and eager to be helpful.

I just had a coffee in the coffee shop and some cakes. It is a big shop like most of HomePro shops. Is it Sunday and very busy shop. They had most of the team that you need for home. I went to check for camping bed and they had the only one. The other items that I was looking for is washing machine 15 kg they have a lots of different models.

Good place to look for home appliances and to compare prices. Too many staffs and sometimes quite disturbing. Hey Coffee just opened.
